Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
As we ship worldwide, please allow approximately 6–10 business days for your order to arrive after dispatch.
Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates or control delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.
Incorrect delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If the courier is unable to deliver, your order may be held at your local postal depot and may need to be collected. It is the customers responsibility to collect the package in this event.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will refund the value of the goods only. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will incur a €20/£20 fee to cover packaging, handling and shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@kovethebrand.com. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Kove accepts no responsibility for orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout.
Late Deliveries
We do not offer refunds for orders that arrive outside the estimated delivery timeframe. We have no control over the postal network.
