We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery times vary by location. As we deliver worldwide, please allow approximately 6–12 business days for your order to arrive.

These timeframes are estimates only. While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates or control any carrier delays.

IMPORT DUTIES

We ship all orders from Ireland.

Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to additional import duties or customs charges.

For orders shipped to the United States, all applicable import duties and customs fees are covered by us, so no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

For all other international destinations, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon delivery. As customs regulations vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

Incorrect Delivery Address / Can't collect

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If the courier is unable to deliver, your order may be held at your local postal depot and may need to be collected. It is the customers responsibility to collect the package in this event.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will refund the value of the goods only. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will incur a €20/£20 fee to cover packaging, handling and shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@kovethebrand.com. We will do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Kove accepts no responsibility for orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY - CONDITIONS OF ITEMS

We do not cover the cost of returning items to us.

Due to the nature of our products being socks, we have specific requirements for returns. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the paper packaging has been opened or removed, as this is the only way we can ensure the socks haven’t been worn.

We strongly advise only sending products back to us once your return request has been approved. Unauthorised returns that do not meet our policy will not be eligible for a refund and will not be reshipped to you.

To be eligible for a return, socks must be unused and still sealed in both the paper and plastic packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the paper packaging has been opened or removed.

If we receive a return and the socks are not in their original, unopened packaging, we won’t be able to process a refund. Items that don’t meet these conditions will not be refunded.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We do not offer refund due to orders arriving outside the estimated timeframe.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.


Sign in to your account:


In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".


In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.


Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.


Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.


If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.


Select a return reason and add a note for the store.


Click "Request return".


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
