KOVE AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Kove Ambassador Programme! We’re so excited to have you on board. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of the programme, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return. By joining and participating in the programme, you’re agreeing to these terms – so please read them carefully.
1. Joining the Programme
All applications are subject to approval. We review every sign-up individually and reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion. If your application isn’t successful, we won’t be able to provide individual feedback, but you’re welcome to reapply in the future.
2. Your Unique Referral Tools
Once approved, you’ll receive your own referral link and personal discount code. These can be shared via your social platforms, blog, email list or directly with your community. If a customer clicks on your link or uses your code at checkout, and makes a purchase, that order will count towards your monthly referrals.
Only one referral source can be tracked per order – if multiple codes or links are used, we go with the last-clicked or last-used.
3. Commission Structure
You’ll earn commission on every successful order placed using your referral tools. Commissions are calculated on the order value excluding VAT, shipping, or discounts.

Kove Ambassador: 10% commission
Commission is paid monthly. To receive payment, you must provide your payment details via your ambassador dashboard. Payments are only made on completed transactions (returns, refunds, or chargebacks will be excluded).
4. Gifting & Product Allowance
Initial Welcome Gift
We'll send you 3 products of your choice to get started.
As a thank-you, we gift ambassadors a selection of Kove products.
Ongoing Gifting: Each calendar month:

15+ referrals → choose 3 products

25+ referrals → choose 5 products
Product choices are subject to availability and must be redeemed within the month following your qualifying referrals. We’ll email you when you’ve hit a tier with instructions on how to claim your gifts.
5. What We Ask from You
We’d love to see you share Kove in a way that feels natural and true to your voice. That said, by submitting your application, you’re agreeing to post about Kove on your main social channel - and to include the key elements below. Posts that don’t meet all of these requirements won’t be approved.
- You must publish your first post within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Mention BA @kovethebrand in your bio.

If you're sharing on TikTok:

Only promote your own code or link – sharing others' referral tools, or posting your code on discount sites, is not allowed and may result in removal from the programme.
6. Marketing Materials
From time to time, we’ll share images, videos, and suggested captions with you. You’re free to use these as-is or adapt them to suit your tone and community. You’re also welcome to create your own content — in fact, we encourage it!
7. Tracking & Cookies
Referrals are tracked via cookies and unique links. If someone clicks your referral link or uses your code, a cookie is stored in their browser for 21 days. If they complete a purchase during that time, you’ll earn the commission — even if they don’t purchase straight away.
If the customer clears their cookies, switches devices, or uses someone else’s referral link, the commission may not track — so we always recommend encouraging your audience to use your code or link directly.
8. Leaving the Programme
You can opt out of the ambassador programme after one month. Just drop us an email at hello@kovethebrand.com and we’ll remove your account. Any outstanding commissions or product redemptions will be processed as normal.
We also reserve the right to remove any ambassador from the programme at any time, with or without notice, and with or without providing a reason. This includes, but isn’t limited to, cases of misuse, inactivity, code abuse, breaching our terms or if we feel the partnership is no longer the right fit.
9. Content Rights
By sharing content that includes Kove products or tags us, you’re giving us permission to repost, share, or feature that content across our website, email, or social media channels, always with credit to you.
If you ever prefer not to have content shared, just let us know.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms and Conditions to keep things fair and clear. If anything major changes, we’ll let you know via email or your dashboard. Continued participation in the programme after any updates means you’re happy with the new terms.
