What's the minimum order?

€85. Currency conversions can slightly affect this depending on your local currency.

Shipping rates

E.U.: a flat rate of €5.75, regardless of order size.

U.K.: a flat rate of £7.75, regardless of order size. Currency conversions can slightly affect this.

U.S.: a flat rate of $12.00, regardless of order size. Currency conversions can slightly affect this.

VAT & Duties

I'm an EU business — do I pay VAT at checkout?

If you have a valid VAT number on file, you will not be charged VAT at checkout, as the Reverse Charge applies.

If you are not VAT registered, you will be charged your local VAT rate.

All customers in Ireland are charged VAT at checkout because we are an Irish VAT registered business.

I'm a UK customer — will I be charged VAT or duties?

Orders over £135 are subject to import VAT and duties on arrival. In most cases, this can be reclaimed through your VAT return if you're VAT registered.

If you're VAT registered: orders under £135 are not charged VAT, while orders over £135 are charged VAT on arrival. This does not apply to N.I.

We're working on a smoother way to handle this — our courier contracts aren't finalised yet, but an easier importing process for UK customers should be in place within the next couple of weeks.

I'm a US Customer — will I be charged anything extra?

No — we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so import duties and taxes are already covered in your order. You won't be charged anything extra on arrival.

Where do I find my invoice?

Go to your Orders, click into the order you need an invoice for, and select the VAT INV button to download it.

What is the Studio Partner Membership?

It's our way of thanking you for stocking Kove, order after order. Your support deserves to be rewarded, not assumed — so every order you place earns you something back.

Do I need to sign up?

No — you're automatically enrolled as a studio partner, no extra step required.

How do I earn points?

You'll earn 5 points for every €1 you spend on stock orders.

How do I spend my points?

100 points = €1 in credit, redeemable towards future orders once you've reached the 1,000-point minimum (worth €10).

Can I get cash instead of points?

No — points convert to Kove credit only, not cash.

What if I know another studio that should be stocking Kove?

Refer them, and once they come on board as a stockist, you'll both get €25 in store credit.

Is there a limit to how many studios I can refer?

You can refer up to 5 studios.
