Kove Custom Order Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before submitting your order. By checking the box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms apply to all custom grip sock orders placed with Kove The Brand Limited (Unit 43, Fashion City, Ballymount, Dublin, "Kove", "we", "us") that ("you", "the Client"). They form part of the contract between us for this order.

1. Order Confirmation and Style Reference

1.1 By submitting the order form, you confirm that the style reference number you have entered is correct and matches the design you intend to order. Your order will be produced against this style reference exactly as recorded in our system.

1.2 It is your responsibility to check that all selections made on the order form (including but not limited to sizing, quantity, colourway, and style reference) are correct before submission. Kove is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information supplied on the form.

1.3 If you are unsure which style reference applies to your order, please contact us at hello@kovethebrand.com before submitting the form. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible once production has begun (see clause 5).

2. Design Approval

2.1 Before you place your order, we will send you a design mockup by email showing the style, including logo placement, colourway, and grip pattern, along with its style reference number.

2.2 By entering that style reference number on the order form and submitting your order, you confirm that you have reviewed the mockup and agree to the design as shown. This constitutes your final sign off on the design. Submitting the order is what confirms your agreement, no separate written approval is required.

2.3 Once your order is submitted, the design is locked in. Any changes requested after this point may incur additional costs and will extend the delivery timeline.

2.4 You are responsible for checking the mockup thoroughly, including spelling, logo accuracy, and placement, before submitting your order. Kove is not liable for errors that were present in and confirmed by the mockup you were sent.

3. Custom Goods: No Returns or Cancellations

3.1 These are custom manufactured goods, made specifically to your specification and are not stock items. As such, once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where the goods are faulty (see clause 6).

3.2 This applies regardless of the size, age, or trading history of either party. Neither Kove nor the Client being a newer business changes this position.

3.3 By quoting a style reference number on your order, you are confirming your agreement to that specific style, and this forms a binding part of the order.

4. Colour and Material Variation

4.1 Colours shown on screen (including in mockups, product photography, and on any digital device) are a close representation only. Digital screens display colour differently from dyed and printed fabric, and actual colours may vary from what you see on screen.

4.2 As these socks are manufactured from raw materials in individual production batches, minor variation between batches is normal and expected. This can include slight differences in grip texture, fabric feel, colour shade, and packaging finish between one order and the next, or within an order.

4.3 These variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a fault or defect in the goods.

5. Production and Delivery Timeline

5.1 We aim to deliver custom orders within 5 to 8 weeks of design approval (clause 2.2). This is a target timeline, not a guaranteed delivery date.

5.2 Delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to freight and shipping disruption, customs delays, supplier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Kove is not liable for losses arising from such delays.

5.3 We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of your order status and any expected delays.

6. Faulty or Defective Goods

6.1 Clause 3 (no returns) does not affect your right to raise a genuine manufacturing defect, such as broken stitching, incorrect sizing against what was approved, or a fault that is not attributable to normal batch variation as described in clause 4.

6.2 Any such issue must be reported to hello@kovethebrand.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the affected items and your order reference. We will assess each case individually and, where a genuine defect is confirmed, offer a repair, replacement, or partial credit at our discretion.

7. Use of Logos and Artwork

7.1 By submitting your logo or artwork to us, you grant Kove permission to reproduce it on your custom grip socks and associated packaging for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

7.2 You grant Kove permission to share your logo and artwork with our manufacturing and production partners, to the extent necessary to produce your order.

7.3 You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, the logo and artwork you provide, and that its use on your custom order does not infringe the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify Kove against any claim arising from a breach of this warranty.

8. Payment

8.1 Payment must be made in full before production of your order begins. Production will not start until payment has been received.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kove's liability in connection with this order is limited to the value of the order. Kove is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
