Kove Instructor Ambassador Programme Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Kove Instructor Ambassador Programme!
We’re so excited to have you join. These Terms and Conditions explain how the programme works, what you’ll receive, and what we ask of you in return. By signing up and participating, you’re agreeing to these terms – so please take a moment to read through them.


1. Joining the Programme

This programme is designed specifically for qualified Pilates or movement instructors. All applications are reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion. If your application isn’t approved, we won’t be able to provide individual feedback — but you’re welcome to reapply at a later date.


2. Your Referral Tools

Once approved, you’ll receive your unique referral link and a personal discount code to share with your clients or community. When someone makes a purchase using either, that order will count as a referral.

Please note: Only one referral source can be tracked per order. If multiple referral tools are used, the commission will go to the last-clicked link or most recent code entered at checkout.


3. Your Instructor Perks

As an Instructor Ambassador, you’ll receive:

  • 25% off your own orders (non-shareable)

  • 10% commission on all successful referrals made through your link or code

Commission is calculated on the order value excluding VAT, shipping, and discounts. Payments are made monthly and only on completed transactions (returns, refunds, or chargebacks are not included). Make sure to add your payment details via your ambassador dashboard in order to receive your commission.


4. Sharing Kove

We’d love for you to share Kove in a way that’s authentic and fits your personal teaching style. This might include:

  • Mentioning Kove in your classes or online content

  • Sharing your referral link and code with your clients or social followers

  • Including Kove in your newsletters or private client groups

We just ask that:

  • You only promote your own referral tools (sharing or publishing others’ codes or posting on discount sites isn’t allowed)

  • You avoid making any misleading claims about Kove products

  • You use your instructor discount solely for personal use


5. Marketing Materials

We’ll occasionally send you ready-to-use assets such as images, video clips, or sample captions. You’re welcome to use them, adapt them, or create your own content — whatever suits your voice and community best.


6. Tracking & Cookies

Referral tracking is powered by cookies and your unique referral link or code. If someone clicks your link or uses your code, a cookie is stored for 21 days. If they purchase during that window, the commission will be tracked to you.

Please note: if the customer clears cookies, switches devices, or uses someone else’s link/code, your commission may not track — so we recommend encouraging clients to use your tools directly.


7. Leaving the Programme

You can opt out at any time after your first month. Just email us at hello@kovethebrand.com and we’ll deactivate your account. Any valid commissions earned before your departure will be paid out as usual.

We also reserve the right to remove participants from the programme at any time, with or without notice, if terms are breached or if we feel the partnership is no longer the right fit.


8. Updates to These Terms

We may make changes to these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you via email or through your dashboard. Continued participation in the programme after updates means you’re happy with the revised terms.
