We ship from within the EU. If you're ordering from outside the EU please be aware that local customs charges or import taxes may apply upon delivery.

These fees are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Kove is not able to influence or predict these charges, including any currency conversion fees that may be applied.

Any customs fees incurred on shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does shipping take?

We’re a small, independent team and pack each order with care — so while we may not be as fast as big retailers, we promise to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The below timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Packaging and processing time: 1 - 3 working days.

Shipping times:

Ireland and Northern Ireland: 3 - 5 working days

U.K.: 3 - 8 days working days

Rest of Europe: 3 - 8 working days

How much is Shipping?

Ireland:

Standard Shipping: Free on orders over €35 OR €5.75.

U.K.:

Do I have to pay customs to the UK?

If the value of the goods on your shipment to the UK is under £135, there is no import duty payable at the time of import.

Goods worth more than £135 in total

You will have to pay taxes to the delivery company either before the goods are delivered or when you collect them.

Any customs fees incurred on shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if I don't collect my package?

Please ensure that your delivery address can accept parcels within the estimated timeframe. If the courier is unable to deliver, your order may be held at your local postal depot.

Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will incur a €20/£20 fee to cover handling and shipping costs.

RETURNS POLICY - CONDITIONS OF ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products being socks, we have specific requirements for returns. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the paper packaging has been opened or removed, as this is the only way we can ensure the socks haven’t been worn.

We strongly advise only sending products back to us once your return request has been approved. Unauthorised returns that do not meet our policy will not be eligible for a refund and will not be reshipped to you.

To be eligible for a return, socks must be unused and still sealed in both the paper and plastic packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the paper packaging has been opened or removed.

If we receive a return and the socks are not in their original, unopened packaging, we won’t be able to process a refund. Items that don’t meet these conditions will not be refunded.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

How do I submit a return request?

How long do return requests take?

Once we receive it, we’ll review and respond within 48 hours to accept or decline the request, along with a reason.
