Kove Instructor Collective – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The Kove Instructor Club. These Terms and Conditions explain how the programme works and what you’re agreeing to by signing up.

1. Eligibility

The Kove Instructor Club is open to certified Pilates or movement instructors. All applications are reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion. Proof of instructor status may be requested.

2. Your Instructor Discount

Once approved, you’ll receive a personal discount code for 20% off your own orders at kovethebrand.com. This discount is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used for resale.

3. Usage Guidelines

• Your code can be used on full-priced products only (unless otherwise stated).

• The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or referral codes.

• Orders placed using the instructor discount are not eligible for affiliate commission or rewards.

• Any misuse (e.g. sharing your code publicly or placing orders for others) may result in removal from the programme.

4. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms or the discount offered at any time. We’ll notify you of any major changes by email. Continued use of the discount code after any updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the right to remove any instructor from the programme at our discretion, especially in cases of code misuse or ineligibility.
